Because our daily schedule represents our full-time livelihood, last-minute changes directly impact our small business. To help keep our schedules running smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice: No charge.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: Subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
